Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opening for a Greek Speaking Customer Service Agent at a prestigious financial company located in Athens. In this office-based role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding support to our Greek-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Assist Greek-speaking customers in person and via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to financial products and services
- Provide detailed information on account management, transactions, and service offerings
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to track inquiries and feedback
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience and propose improvements
- Stay updated on company offerings, financial regulations, and industry trends to provide informed support
Requirements
- Fluency in Greek (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is advantageous
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the financial services sector
- Strong communication skills with a focus on providing a positive customer experience
- Aptitude for problem-solving and a willingness to assist customers in understanding financial concepts
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications
- Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a collaborative workplace
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
