In this office-based role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding support to our Greek-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Greek-speaking customers in person and via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to financial products and services
  • Provide detailed information on account management, transactions, and service offerings
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to track inquiries and feedback
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience and propose improvements
  • Stay updated on company offerings, financial regulations, and industry trends to provide informed support

Requirements

  • Fluency in Greek (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is advantageous
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the financial services sector
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on providing a positive customer experience
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and a willingness to assist customers in understanding financial concepts
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications
