As an Operations Manager you will:

  • Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers (IT, facilities, office supplies, etc.).
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Oversee and coordinate daily office operations to ensure a productive and efficient working environment.
  • Support HR activities including recruitment coordination, on-boarding, staff records management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain and improve office policies, procedures, and operational workflows.
  • Monitor operations budget and track operational expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations regarding workplace safety, security, and employment.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, office management, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Understanding of basic HR processes and policies.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools (MS Office)
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) — able to communicate clearly and professionally.

Desired Skills

  • Experience in the IT or tech industry — familiarity with tech teams, terminology, and project cycles.
  • Knowledge of workplace compliance, health & safety regulations
  • Familiarity with basic accounting processes
