Ποιοι είμαστε

Το Fairytale γεννήθηκε το 2014 στη Νέα Φιλαδέλφεια ως το πρώτο θεματικό παραμυθοπωλείο στην Ελλάδα — ένας σκηνογραφικός χώρος εμπνευσμένος από τη μαγεία των παραμυθιών.

Έκτοτε, εξελίχθηκε σε ένα brand εμπειρίας με ιδιαίτερη αισθητική και αναγνωρίσιμο χαρακτήρα.

Το 2022, δημιουργήσαμε το Fairytale Athens Café & Suites, όπου το brand experience ολοκληρώθηκε:

ο επισκέπτης δεν απολαμβάνει απλώς το φαγητό και το ρόφημά του∙ ζει μέσα στο Fairytale.

Το κατάλυμα λειτουργεί ως τουριστικό κατάλυμα υπαγόμενο στον ΕΟΤ, γεγονός που μας καθιστά μοναδική περίπτωση στον χώρο της ελληνικής εστίασης και φιλοξενίας.

Το 2023–2024 παρουσιάσαμε τα Fairytale Pop-Up concepts σε Χαλάνδρι και Περιστέρι:

ένα grab & go viral menu που συνδυάζει τα πιο δημοφιλή street pastries, παγωτόγλυκα και ροφήματα, πάντα με τη γνωστή αισθητική και storytelling ταυτότητα του brand.

Περιγραφή θέσης

Ο/Η Operations / Shift Manager είναι ο άνθρωπος που εξασφαλίζει ότι η φιλοσοφία του Fairytale μεταφέρεται καθημερινά στην πράξη — με συνέπεια, επαγγελματισμό και ανθρωπιά.

Αναλαμβάνει τη λειτουργική διαχείριση και τον συντονισμό των καταστημάτων (Café, Suites, Pop-Ups), εκπροσωπώντας το brand «επί του πεδίου».

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες


• Οργάνωση και εποπτεία καθημερινής λειτουργίας και προσωπικού.


• Διασφάλιση ποιότητας service, εμφάνισης και εμπειρίας πελάτη.


• Συντονισμός μεταξύ των τμημάτων (κατάστημα, κουζίνα, υποδοχή, suites).


• Εφαρμογή λειτουργικών διαδικασιών και brand standards.


• Διοίκηση μέσω παραδείγματος – παρουσία, ευγένεια, ψυχραιμία.


• Reporting στη Διοίκηση σχετικά με KPI, παρατηρήσεις και βελτιώσεις.


• Υποστήριξη στην εκπαίδευση και ανάπτυξη της ομάδας.

Προφίλ υποψηφίου


• Προϋπηρεσία 2+ ετών σε θέση Shift Leader / Manager στον χώρο εστίασης ή φιλοξενίας.


• Γνήσια αγάπη για την εστίαση και σεβασμός προς τον πελάτη.


• Ηγετική παρουσία, υπευθυνότητα και άριστη επικοινωνία.


• Προσαρμοστικότητα σε διαφορετικά concept (Café, Suites, Grab & Go).


• Οργανωτικότητα, επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά και συνέπεια.


• Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (δεύτερη γλώσσα επιθυμητή).
