SAINT OF ATHENS
 is a design and creative agency driven by the belief that every brand has a story worth telling, strategically, beautifully, and memorably. We work across disciplines to bring bold concepts to life, from brand identity and spatial design to immersive campaigns. We are currently seeking for a Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the execution of high-impact creative projects with precision and purpose.

Primary Responsibilities

/ Manage
end-to-end project
 lifecycles across branding, spatial design, digital content, and campaign production,
from initial briefing through final delivery.

/ Translate client goals into actionable project plans, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with the design team.

/ 
Coordinate
 cross-functional teams (internal and external), ensuring clarity, accountability, and high-quality execution at each project phase.

/ Maintain 
proactive communication
 with clients by setting expectations, providing updates, managing feedback loops, and resolving issues efficiently.

/ Ensure all work aligns with brand strategy, creative direction, and quality standards.

/ Monitor project milestones, track budgets, and resources, and adapt plans as needed to stay on time and within scope.

/ Identify and mitigate risks early, troubleshooting obstacles before they impact delivery.

/ Advocate for operational excellence, fostering a collaborative, well-organized project environment for a 
smarter workflow that optimizes time and creativity.

Requirements

/ 2–5 years of proven experience managing creative or branding projects within a design agency, studio, or fast-paced creative environment.

/ Strong understanding of creative workflows across branding, design, architecture/interior projects, and/or campaign production.

/ Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills — comfortable managing multiple timelines and stakeholders.

/ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

/ Fluent in both English and Greek (written and spoken).

/ Detail-oriented and experienced in creative
 workflows

Bonus: f
amiliarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or similar is a plus.
