We are seeking an
experienced IT Project Manager
to join a dynamic international consulting & technology environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, proven delivery experience, and the ability to manage complex IT projects in demanding, fast-paced settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring scope, quality, time, and budget are met.
  • Define project goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with the PMO team.
  • Develop and maintain delivery roadmaps, managing dependencies and priorities.
  • Establish and refine project delivery frameworks and best practices.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks while resolving project bottlenecks.
  • Lead resource allocation and capacity planning for project teams.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations with clear communication and regular updates.
  • Drive post-project reviews and implement feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and delivery standards.
  • Contribute to proposals and business development initiatives when required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (MSc/MBA a plus).
  • 5+ years of IT project implementation experience.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration platforms.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and modern frameworks is an advantage.
  • Experience leading cross-functional or distributed teams.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
