Socialinnov is a non-profit organization based in Athens, dedicated to promoting social inclusion, employability, and digital transformation through education and innovation. Since 2013, we have empowered individuals and organizations across Greece with essential digital and professional skills.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of educational and social impact projects nationwide. You will manage the full project lifecycle, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, deliverables, and reporting.
  • Coordinate internal teams, partners, and local stakeholders nationwide.
  • Use digital project management tools.
  • Oversee logistics for events, workshops, and community activities.
  • Prepare technical and financial reports, documentation, and presentations.
  • Contribute to project design and funding proposals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience (preferably in education, social innovation, event management or non-profit sectors).
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong digital literacy
  • Proficient with SaaS tools (like Slack, Jira, Confluence, Canva, etc.) and familiar with AI and LLMs.
  • Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
  • Driving license (Category B) and willingness to travel within Greece.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience with EU-funded or donor-funded projects.
  • Project management certification (PMI, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) frameworks.
  • Experience working hybrid or remote teams.
