Project Coordinator

(University Graduate)

Location: Athens

SOYA HELLAS S.A. is looking for a
Project Coordinator
(University Graduate) to strengthen its Project Management team in Athens headquarters, focusing on the
technical and administrative support of building, mechanical equipment and maintenance projects
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Preparation & Documentation Management:
    Contribute to the development of technical requirements for new projects, prepare preliminary layouts and technical documents.
  • Project Permits & Regulatory Compliance:
    Collaborate with public authorities and third-party engineers to obtain the necessary building and operation permits.
  • Supplier & Contractor Management:
    Evaluate proposals, negotiate contracts, and follow up of project progress and completion.
  • Project Timeline & Budget Monitoring:
    Prepare and review budgets, cost reports and invoices and ensure adherence to deadlines
  • Document Archiving & Organization:
    Manage, organize, and update all technical and financial project documents, ensuring accessibility and proper record-keeping.

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree in
    Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in a similar role.
  • Excellent command of
    English
    and proficiency in
    AutoCAD & MS Office
    .
  • Knowledge of
    Microsoft Project
    (considered a plus).
  • Strong
    data analysis, communication and multitasking
    skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and methodical
    approach.
  • Ability to
    archive and structure project documentation efficiently
    .
  • Strong
    teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration
    skills.
