Starting with the role

We are currently searching to hire
a Project Support Associate
to join our team in Athens

During your day you will

  • Coordinate and monitor communication between Helector's Project team and the Contractual Authorities
  • Maintain and monitor documentation, records and contracts related to the project, their relevant progress and quality
  • Comply bills for submission to the relevant Contractual Authorities as well as claims and protocols for variations / additional works together with the supporting documentation.
  • Identify potential risks and issues that may impact on the project.
  • Collaborate with the project team to develop risk mitigation strategies

What you need to stand out

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related field
  • Master's degree in Engineering or other related field will be considered an asset
  • At least 5-7 years of professional experience in a similar role
  • Experience in environmental projects (construction & operation) is considered an advantage.
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation (e.g. Greek Laws etc.)
  • Experience in bill of quantities and admeasures
  • Strong working knowledge on Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project Manager
