is seeking a
Real Estate Transactions Associate
to join its Asset Management and Technical Division. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing asset sales related to real estate (RE) portfolios serviced by the company. These portfolios may be owned by the Alpha Bank Group or by third-party clients.

You will bring strong experience in the real estate sector and feel confident working in a dynamic, results-driven environment. You'll be expected to manage multiple stakeholders effectively and ensure timely, budget-conscious, and scope-aligned delivery. Familiarity with both single-asset and portfolio (perimeter) sale transactions is essential.

What you will be doing

  • Consolidate data and update internal and external systems and files
  • Monitor the sale process from the relevant approval until the execution of the transaction
  • Coordinate internal and external channels (notaries, legal advisors, asset management providers, technical teams) for the execution of the relevant process
  • Represent the Customers before the prospective buyers and negotiate the special clauses of the agreement in cooperation with the Company's Legal Division
  • Assist in the development of sales policies and strategies
  • Prepare reports related to the sales of the portfolios under management and submit them to the competent internal or external (Customer) bodies

What you need to have

  • A Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Engineering/Business or in any other related discipline
  • At least three (3) years of related work experience in the asset management of large RE portfolios
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and design tools (AutoCAD etc.)
  • Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Very good stakeholder management and presentation/communication skills
