Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Athens. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing property transactions, advising clients on the purchase and sale of properties, and ensuring a seamless process from property selection to transaction completion. The agent will also handle customer inquiries, offer customer service support, and stay updated on market trends and property values. The role requires a proactive and client-focused approach to meet the needs of both buyers and sellers.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License
  • Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
  • Proficient Customer Service skills
  • Strong Sales abilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Knowledge of the real estate market in Greece and Cyprus is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is beneficial
