• Activating your personal and professional network to source rare opportunities
• Cultivating relationships with HNW individuals, family offices, embassies, and discreet intermediaries
• Negotiating high-value transactions with elegance and precision
• Providing strategic advisory on acquisitions, development prospects, and investment positioning

Qualifications

• A strong personal or professional

• Experience in luxury real estate, investments, or private-client advisory
• Proven ability to identify, negotiate, and secure high-end opportunities
• Exceptional interpersonal skills: intuitive, discreet, emotionally intelligent
• Ability to operate independently with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Familiarity with cross-border transactions is a significant asset
• A real estate license and a history of exceeding expectations
