The Role

We are seeking to hire a highly motivated and analytically strong
Analyst
to join our investment team in Athens. This role offers direct exposure to transactions and senior leadership and is suited for candidates looking to build a long-term career in real estate private equity.

The successful candidate will contribute to the evaluation of new investment opportunities, financial modeling, and transaction execution in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models
  • Conduct market research and investment comparables analysis
  • Support preparation of investment memoranda and internal presentations
  • Support due diligence and transaction execution
  • Monitor and report on asset performance post-acquisition
  • Track market activity, trends, and pipeline opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, M&A or real estate
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience or exposure to the Greek real estate market
