, on behalf of a major organization in the energy sector, is seeking an
IT Project Manager
who will be responsible for the design, coordination, and timely delivery of complex IT projects related to business applications, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.

The new team member will act as the central
"linking point"
between business units, IT departments, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake end-to-end responsibility for the design, organization, and implementation of IT projects (business applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity).
  • Gather and analyze requirements from the involved business units.
  • Prepare detailed project plans (timelines, milestones, budgets, resources).
  • Coordinate internal teams (IT, business units) and external partners/vendors.
  • Monitor project progress, manage deviations, risks, and dependencies.
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables and compliance with internal policies and information security standards.
  • Prepare technical and functional specifications where required.
  • Manage changes (change requests) and update project scope accordingly.
  • Provide regular updates to management through reporting and progress presentations.
  • Participate in solution, vendor, and technology evaluation processes.

Required Qualifications

  • University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other relevant IT field.
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies (business applications, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity).
  • Significant professional experience in a critical role managing IT projects.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English.
  • Decision-making ability and risk management skills.
  • Leadership skills, strong results and quality orientation.
  • Responsibility, reliability, and high professional ethics.
