Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager located in the Athens Metropolitan Area. The Office Manager will oversee day-to-day administrative operations, manage office equipment, and ensure a smooth workflow. Responsibilities include maintaining office systems, providing administrative and customer support, managing schedules, and ensuring organizational efficiency. The role requires strong organizational skills and excellent communication to lead and support the team effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
  • Experience with Office Equipment and knowledge of managing office systems
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
  • Proficiency in relevant office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Previous experience in a managerial or administrative role is an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of English
