We are seeking a
Back Office Manager
to join our team in
Greece
. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment where customer satisfaction and service excellence are top priorities.

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong communication skills in Greek and English (verbal & written); additional language(s) are an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems.
  • Work experience in a similar position.
  • Detail-oriented with efficiency in problem-solving.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Team-oriented, open-minded, communicative, and flexible.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide professional assistance via phone and email.
  • Process orders, returns, invoices, and exchanges efficiently while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer and supplier transactions and interactions in the system.
  • Manage customers' credit control and ensure receivables are on time.
  • Handle and support logistics operations, safeguarding the best results for the customer.
  • Cooperate with the sales team and accounting department.
