Εταιρεία ιατρικών συσκευών με έδρα στο κέντρο της Αθήνας (Ιλίσια), ζητά να προσλάβει Υπάλληλο για Back Office.

Περιγραφή της θέσης:

  • Τηλεφωνικήυποστήριξη και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
  • Καταχώρησηκαι έκδοση παραστατικών, εισπράξεις και παρακολούθηση υπολοίπων.
  • Καταχώρηση κινήσεωνπελατών σε CRM
  • Έκδοσησυμβάσεων και ιδιωτικών συμφωνητικών

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Απόφοιτος/η ΑΕΙ ή ΤΕΙ
  • Άριστη γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ (Microsoft Office)
  • Γνώση εμπορικού προγράμματος (ERP) και διαχείριση πελατολογίου (CRM)
  • Γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση
  • Γρήγορη αντίληψη και κατανόηση προβλημάτων για επίλυσή τους
  • Επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες
  • Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις (για άνδρες)
