Specialty Therapeutics, a leader in specialty pharmaceuticals, seeks a dedicated Supply & Planning Officer to join our Supply team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure compliant and efficient management of orders, procurement, forecasting, and returns for our wholesale and retail operations.

Reports to
: Operations Manager

Primary Mission

Drive seamless supply chain processes while upholding Good Distribution Practices (GDP) to maintain product integrity and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee wholesaler order management, from placement to timely fulfillment.
  • Manage inbound logistics
  • Ensure full compliance with GDP standards throughout the supply chain.
  • Act as the primary liaison for wholesale and retail customers, addressing inquiries on order status and clearances.
  • Maintain accurate records, generate reports and metrics, and support return processes in collaboration with Quality Assurance.
  • Identify process improvements, implement best practices, and stay current with industry trends and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Business proficiency in English (C1 level or higher).
