About the role
- Supervise and manage the front office department, ensuring the delivery of impeccable services to guests.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Train, coach, and develop Front Office staff to provide exceptional customer service and increase productivity.
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure all front desk procedures are followed, including guest check-in and check-out, billing, and room assignments.
- Prepare the front desk shift schedule according to operational needs.
- Maintain regular communication and provide reports to hotel management.
Requirements
- Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field
- At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a team and resolve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent command of the English language (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS)
- Strong customer service orientation and commitment to delivering high-quality services.
- Ability to manage pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
