O ρόλος

Αναζητούμε έναν/μία
Front Office Assistant
, υπεύθυνο/η για την άριστη εξυπηρέτηση επισκεπτών και συνεργατών, τη διαχείριση του τηλεφωνικού κέντρου και τη γραμματειακή υποστήριξη των τμημάτων. Η θέση αφορά την αναπλήρωση εργαζομένης σε άδεια μητρότητας, με προοπτική συνέχισης της συνεργασίας.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

· Υποδοχή επισκεπτών και διαχείριση τηλεφωνικού κέντρου

· Υποστήριξη προς την διοίκηση και τους συνεργάτες του γραφείου

· Διαχείριση εισερχόμενης/εξερχόμενης αλληλογραφίας & courier

· Συνεργασία με Προμήθειες/Facilities για αναλώσιμα και εύρυθμη λειτουργία χώρου

Προφίλ Υποψηφίου/ας

· Απόφοιτος/η Λυκείου/ ΙΕΚ/ ΤΕΙ/ ΑΕΙ

· Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση θα θεωρηθεί σημαντικό πλεονέκτημα

· Άριστη γνώση Η/Υ και MS Office.

· Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικών.

  • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες.
