Front Office Agent
Reports to: Front Office Manager
Position description:
Prompt and efficient completion of all Front Office duties (check in, check out, invoicing, call center, guest assistance with requests and complaints, Concierge)
Daily preparation of reports
Demonstrate exceptional guest service, being proactive in all guests' requirements & requests, with their prompt & successful resolution
Provide a friendly & warm welcome and service to all guests
Friendly & warm cooperation with all colleagues and department heads
Maintain the Front Desk in a professional order
Qualifications:
Previous experience of 2 years in a similar position within a 5* property
Computer literacy & knowledge of Hospitality PMS software (Protel)
Fluency in Greek & English, extra languages are considered a plus
Strong problem-resolution, organizational & multitasking abilities
Punctual, well-groomed with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Friendly & kind personality, with team spirit
Degree in Hospitality / Tourism would be desirable
