Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Intern at O&B Athens Boutique Hotel, located in Athens. The Front Office Intern will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, handling receptionist duties, managing phone inquiries, and scheduling appointments. The intern will also help maintain excellent customer service standards by ensuring clear and professional communication with guests at all times.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on hospitality
  • Experience or familiarity with Receptionist Duties
  • Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
  • Fluency in English required; fluency in Greek or additional languages is a plus
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
  • A degree or studies in tourism is required
