We are looking for a highly motivated and sports-passionate team player who enjoys working in a fast-growing and dynamic environment to join our Trading Operations team. As a
Junior Trading Operations Executive
, you will play a varied role in the life cycle of offered events (event creation, coordination, and settlement), contributing significantly to providing our customers with a first-class betting experience.

As a Junior Trading Operations Executive, you will:

• Events & Markets Creation: Have all possible sporting events on site and set up correctly, ensuring that all events/markets comply with local regulations. Periodically review what the competition offers in terms of live-betting events to ensure that our sportsbook product remains the most attractive, meeting our customers' needs.
• Real Time Settlements: Ensure a smooth customer experience through the accurate and timely settlement of all types of events or markets in a variety of sports that are not offered for live betting. Handle real time settlements in Player Props, manual settlements and resettlements of any incorrectly settled bets.
• Content Management: 24/7 Front Banners Creation - Set up and maintain image articles displayed on our front page for each market we operate in. Adjust the content layout according to market restrictions and local customers' sports interest. Feature the Top Events/Top Leagues on site by region, ensuring customers have easy access to the best events.
• Create and Optimize In-Play Daily Offering: Organize and prioritize the following day's sporting calendar. Distribute booked sporting events to the appropriate In-Play Traders, book and set up live-odds, stream, and data visualization feeds.

What you will bring

• Wide-ranging sports knowledge and interest;
• Previous betting/sportsbook playing experience/activity;
• Sports enthusiast with a strong data-driven and customer-focused mindset;
• Self-driven, confident, and well-organized;
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to make quick, well-informed decisions and act accordingly;
• A Strong sense of responsibility and personal accountability for delivering results;
• Demonstrate a team player attitude, working cooperatively with others and acting as an enabler to achieve common goals;
• Sound knowledge of MS Office programs (particularly MS Excel) and great reporting skills;
• Willingness to work flexible hours, in line with business and sports calendar requirements;
• Fluency in English – both written and spoken.
