that provides financial leasing solutions for corporate customers, is looking for a professional to join its team, contributing both to the efficient management of leasing operations and to the expansion of the company's business activities.

The role combines operational excellence with active involvement in client relationship management and business development, supporting the acquisition of new customers, the servicing of existing portfolios, and the overall achievement of growth and profitability objectives, in line with internal policies, procedures, and the applicable regulatory framework.

What you will be doing

• Manage and develop a portfolio of Wholesale customers, ensuring the high-quality delivery of leasing services and proactive relationship management
• Support business development initiatives by identifying potential clients, preparing financial leasing proposals, and participating in meetings and negotiations with existing and prospective customers
• Prepare credit applications and contribute to structuring leasing deals in collaboration with internal stakeholders (Risk, Legal, Finance, Operations)
• Implement approved financial leasing transactions, ensuring timely documentation, disbursement, and contract execution
• Provide after-sales services, ensuring smooth contract administration, renewals, and amendments where required
• Monitor customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and coordinate actions for delinquency management in cooperation with the relevant departments
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities for portfolio growth
• Collaborate with third parties (e.g., insurance companies, appraisal firms, notary public officers, lawyers) and manage collateral registration and deletion procedures
• Contribute to process improvement and digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and the applicable legal and regulatory framework

What you need to have

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• A minimum of four (4) years of experience in
  banking or
  leasing
  , ideally in business development, customer relationship management, or operational support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to build strong internal and external relationships
• Proactive, results-driven, and team-oriented approach with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of leasing products, credit analysis, and financial statement interpretation will be considered an asset
