We are hiring – Procurement Operations Specialist | Banking Projects (Hybrid, Athens)

On behalf of our client, a leading Technology Group, we are looking for a Procurement Operations Specialist to join a high-performing team and drive cost efficiency, procurement governance and business value.

This role is a great match for professionals who enjoy structured processes, decision-making responsibility, financial analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

What you will do:

Manage and evaluate procurement requests across business units

Perform feasibility assessments & cost-benefit analysis

Validate budget availability before approval

Prepare business proposals & reporting for management

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and finance teams

Support procurement governance and compliance

Recommend process optimization & cost control actions

What you bring:

Degree in Business / Economics / Engineering

2+ years experience in Procurement / Cost Control / Finance Operations

Strong Excel & data handling skills

Familiarity with SAP ERP/SRM (nice to have)

Business acumen & analytical mindset

Strong communication & decision-making skills
