Job Description:

As a Data Entry Specialist at , you will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating our database with accurate and timely information. You will be responsible for entering data from various sources into our system, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and correctly formatted. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will help support our operations and ensure that we can provide the best service possible to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:


•   Accurately enter and update data in the company database.


•   Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.


•   Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.


•   Assist in generating reports and summaries as required.


•   Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent data quality.


•   Manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.


•   Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:


•   Excellent typing speed and accuracy. 


•   Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and other data entry software.


•   Basic knowledge of platforms such as extranet, Expedia extranet and Webhotelier extranet. 


•   Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


•   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


•   Previous experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role will be considered a plus


•   Computer Science diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
