We're Hiring: Office Manager – Athens, Greece

Valenci Developers is expanding, and we are seeking a dedicated and dynamic
Office Manager
to join our team in Athens.

This is a key role that combines secretarial responsibilities with comprehensive office management duties. You will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments and supporting the entire team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the office.
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support.
  • Assist departments with follow-ups (including notaries, lawyers, engineers, and consultants).
  • Support the Finance and Operations teams with document tracking and deadlines.
  • Ensure effective communication and task completion across the company.

Requirements:

  • Based in Athens, Greece
  • .Fluency in English and Greek (written and spoken)
  • .Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • .Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
  • .Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
