
Office Manager

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing mail to employees and handling outgoing mail.
Management of the daily office operations and ensuring a smooth workflow.
Organization and coordination of internal and external communication (phone calls, e-mails, correspondence).
Administrative and organizational support to management.
Management of calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and meetings.
Monitoring of office supplies, equipment, and operational needs.
Maintenance and updating of files, documents, and databases.
Supervision of cleanliness, maintenance, and workplace safety.
Support in human resources management (employee records, leaves, contracts).
Preparation of reports and presentation of data to management.
Handling of confidentiality issues and ensuring the company's professional image.
Qualifications
- Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Friendly and upbeat demeanor
- Excellent use of english
