Alliance Management Officer

PharOS is seeking for an Alliance Management Officer within the Alliance, Marketing & Project Management department as follows:

Role description

• Assists with the coordination of an assigned contractual project from the signature of a License & Supply Agreement to the registration and launch of the products involved
• Ensures cross-functional and inter-companies' implementation of contractual obligations
• Sets estimated timeframes and reminders for each deliverable and receivable, monitors and reviews progress of the contractual agreements
• Sets up and Supports meetings and teleconferences between Customer and internal teams
• Performs day-to-day database management to track progress, update and consolidate the status of each contractual project
• Periodically submits management reports highlighting projects & obligations at risk
• Assists the AMPM Manager on assigned corporate projects requiring multilevel involvement across departments
• Coordinates, prepares, monitors the exhibition arrangements (i.e. CPhI Worldwide Exhibition)
• Assists on corporate identity & marketing activities
• Handles small scale assigned corporate projects whenever required

Experience & Qualification

• Bachelor's degree related to Business Administration or Economics or other sciences relevant to the pharmaceutical industry (e.g. Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology).
• Master's degree or other postgraduate titles will be an asset
• Up to two (2) years of experience in the Generic Pharmaceutical industry would be considered an asset
• Excellent English skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Excel, SharePoint & Teams
• Knowledge of Project Management tools (e.g. Smartsheet) and Database management preferably
• Strong attention to detail and ability to reprioritize workload
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercial and business understanding is essential
• Willingness to learn
