We count companies as customers and with more than 11 million users logging in to use our platforms, we are a much-loved global leader in learning tech. At home, we are quickly becoming one of the largest SaaS company to come out of Greece.
We're looking for a highly motivated and independent Partner Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead our partner marketing function from the ground up. You'll be a key player in driving the success of our VAR, Affiliate, Technology Integration, and Content Solutions programs.
As a versatile all-rounder, you'll be responsible for the entire partner marketing lifecycle; working with the CMO and VP, Global Partners Ecosystem on strategy, planning, and hands-on execution. You'll work closely with our partners to create and launch co-marketing campaigns that drive awareness, generate leads, and grow revenue.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Partner Marketing Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute partner marketing strategies that align with our business goals and partner program objectives.
- Craft marketing plans for each stage of the partner lifecycle to maximize engagement and growth.
- Create comprehensive sales and marketing toolkits for partners, including pitch decks, battlecards, case studies, webinars, and co-branded assets to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Develop and manage partner onboarding and ongoing enablement campaigns and training content to ensure partners are equipped for success.
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns with and through partners (email, social, events, webinars, content syndication).
- Analyze campaign performance to ensure we're achieving maximum ROI.
- Develop compelling communications for our partners, such as newsletters, sales enablement materials, portal / product updates, campaign templates, and launch / joint announcements to enable partner success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to showcase and promote joint success stories, testimonials, and align partner activities with company GTM priorities.
- Track and report on KPIs such as partner-sourced revenue, influenced pipeline, MQLs, and campaign ROI.
- Support partner participation in industry events and webinars.
- Lead and execute co-marketing initiatives with our top-tier partners.
Requirements
To be successful in this role as a Partner Marketing Manager, you should have:
- 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, with a background in SaaS, EdTech, or channel/partner/affiliate marketing.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple end-to-end programs and campaigns simultaneously (webinars, email, content, and co-marketing) from idea to delivery with minimal oversight.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to create assets, write content, and design basic collateral without relying heavily on other teams.
- A self-starter who can work independently, make decisions, and get things done.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, social + webinar platforms, and campaign analytics.
- Creative, proactive problem-solver with a bias toward action and results.
- Experience with different partner ecosystems (VARs, affiliates, technology alliances) is a big plus.
