Safety Management Overseas S.A., a shipping company based in Athens, Voula is seeking an IT Officer to join its IT department. The position involves office-based support and occasional international travel for IT projects onboard vessels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily 1st level technical support to users in the office and onboard vessels.
  • Support network infrastructure, ERP-related issues (Danaos) and Office 365 environments.
  • Occasional ship visits.
  • Log and track issues using a ticketing system.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, networking basics (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN), Azure services, basic Linux knowledge, Danaos ERP.
  • Excellent English language skills.
