Η εταιρεία μας, δυναμικά αναπτυσσόμενη στον κλάδο του Facility Management αναζητά Βοηθό HR για τη στελέχωση του τμήματος ανθρώπινου δυναμικού.
Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:
- Αναζήτηση και επιλογή προσωπικού (τηλεφωνικές προσκλήσεις σε υποψηφίους, προγραμματισμός συνεντεύξεων, βάση δεδομένων).
- Διαχείριση εισερχόμενων και εξερχόμενων τηλεφωνικών κλήσεων.
- Καταχώριση βιογραφικών και στοιχείων υποψηφίων σε ηλεκτρονική βάση δεδομένων.
- Γενική γραμματειακή υποστήριξη (email, αρχείο, συντονισμός ραντεβού).
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
- Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και επαγγελματισμός.
- Γνώσεις Canva.
- Καλή γνώση Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Διαχείριση Social Media.
- Ικανότητα οργάνωσης και διαχείρισης πολλαπλών εργασιών.
