Athens, Attica, Greece Optimal HR Full time €20,000 - €40,000 per year

Optimal, on behalf of its client, a well-established premium clothing brands company, is seeking an Operations Assistant, based in Athens.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of daily operational tasks
  • Support inventory management and stock control procedures
  • Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain and update operational records, reports, and databases
  • Communicate with stores and internal teams to resolve operational issues
  • Provide general administrative support to the Operations Department
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Previous experience in an operational or administrative role, ideally within retail or fashion, is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
