Asset Management Officer, για το Τμήμα End User Computing

Περιγραφή πελάτη

Κορυφαία εταιρεία παραγωγής και προμήθειας ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας στην Ελλάδα, καθώς και σε άλλες χώρες της Ευρώπης.

Αρμοδιότητες

  • Υποστήριξη στις διαδικασίες προμηθειών και συνεργασία με τα τμήματα για τη σωστή διαχείριση αιτημάτων.
  • Σύνταξη και διαχείριση εισηγητικών σημειωμάτων και λοιπής τεκμηρίωσης.
  • Διαχείριση και παρακολούθηση τιμολογίων, αγορών και συμβάσεων.
  • Ενημέρωση και αρχειοθέτηση documents & reports με ακρίβεια.
  • Διαχείριση και έλεγχος αδειών λογισμικού και εργαλείων που χρησιμοποιούνται στο τμήμα End User Computing.
  • Υποστήριξη στον έλεγχο και στην οργάνωση assets του οργανισμού (IT equipment, software licenses, procurement records).

Requirements

  • Εργασιακή εμπειρία άνω των 3 ετών σε αντίστοιχο ρόλο.
  • Καλή γνώση διαδικασιών προμηθειών και στοιχειοθέτησης εγγράφων.
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης και επεξεργασίας εισηγητικών σημειωμάτων και οικονομικής τεκμηρίωσης.
  • Καλή γνώση MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) και άνεση με εργαλεία ERP (π.χ. SAP).
  • Οργανωτικότητα, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και ικανότητα συνεργασίας με πολλαπλούς stakeholders.
  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΑΤΕΙ σε Οικονομικά, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Πληροφορική ή συναφή κλάδο.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση ελληνικής και αγγλικής γλώσσας.
