About the Role:

The Auction Hub team, which is an integral part of Resolute Cepal Greece, is seeking for a Legal Advisor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the managing and reviewing of the legal due diligence process of real estate assets, ensuring compliance, accelerating asset maturity, and supporting the successful sale of properties. By acting as the key liaison between internal teams, clients, and external legal professionals, the role requires efficient resolution of legal and regulatory issues while safeguarding the company's interests.

Education:

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Law is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Native-level Greek and strong written and spoken English

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Coordination

_Act as the main liaison between clients, Real Estate Asset Managers (RAM), external lawyers, and notaries.

_Ensure smooth communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.

  • Monitoring & Process Oversight

_Track and monitor the legal maturity process of assets.

_Maintain and report on key performance indicators (assignment–delivery–review–remedial actions).

  • Issue Resolution & Compliance

_Collaborate with project managers, technical specialists, and sales teams to resolve legal, technical, and regulatory issues.

_Ensure timely handling of approved remedial actions to avoid delays in asset monetization.

Experience:

  • 4–6 years of experience in Legal Due Diligence, or minimum 3 years in a real estate service provider
  • Strong expertise in real estate legal dimensions, property law, and legalization laws

Qualifications:

  • Excellent understanding of property law and legalization regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to liaise across multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deliver results under deadlines.
  • Strong team player, adaptable to working across different regions and cultures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Greek, with very good command of English.
