Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for an IT PMO to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Support the team in tracking IT project progress, risks, and deliverables using standard tracking tools.
  • Prepare status reports, timelines, and meeting notes for project documentation.
  • Update project schedules, resources, and risk logs to reflect changes.
  • Organize meetings, write agendas, and document actions and decisions clearly.
  • Ensure teams follow approved project management methods, tools, and templates.
  • Collect project data and assist with reporting and performance analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a project-related or IT support role.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles (e.g., planning, tracking, stakeholder communication).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, JIRA, Trello).
  • Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines.
