Project Management Officer

We are looking for a talented PMO Administrator to join our dynamic team and contribute to the current and upcoming projects. The candidate will be part of a dynamic team of professionals ranging from Project Managers and Software Architects to Software Developers and Testers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers in planning and organizing project activities, including creating project schedules, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines
• Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes
• Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and external partners
• Maintain project documentation and records, including project plans, status reports, and change requests
• Monitor project progress and update project managers on key milestones, risks, and issues
• Assist in resource allocation and tracking, ensuring that team members have the necessary tools and resources to complete their tasks
• Support the implementation of project management methodologies and best practices
• Conduct research and provide analysis on project-related topics to support decision-making processes
• Assist in budget management and expense tracking for projects
• Assist in the preparation of project presentations, reports, and other project-related materials

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field (preferred)
• 2-3 years of proven experience post-graduation as a project administrator or in a similar administrative role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English language
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in managing project documentation
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project risks and issues
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with project team members and stakeholders
