Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for an IT Project Management Officer to join our team.

Job Summary

We are seeking an IT PΜΟ to coordinate and deliver IT projects, including implementations, networks, and hardware solutions. The role involves project coordination, budget tracking, risk management, and communication with both internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination of IT projects, including network, hardware, and implementation initiatives.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Participate in budget preparation and tracking, helping to manage costs and financial reporting.
  • Facilitate coordination between internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.
  • Support risk identification, assessment, and mitigation planning.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and PMO dashboards.
  • Contribute to the preparation of status updates, presentations, and KPIs for management.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or IT implementation roles (internship or junior-level experience welcome).
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMI or Agile preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and hardware infrastructure.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, ManageEngine, Jira) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
  • Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines.
