Ο πελάτης μας είναι από τις μεγαλύτερες κατασκευαστικές εταιρίες(group

εταιριών) και εξαιρετικά αναπτυσσόμενη.

Κάθε στέλεχος που προσλαμβάνεται επιδιώκει να είναι εξελισσόμενο καθώς

οι ανάγκες μεγαλώνουν προκειμένου να μπορεί να μετακινηθεί εντός του

group της εταιρίας σε διαφορετικά τμήματα.

Για τη θέση του ΠΟΛΙΤΙΚΟΥ ΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΟΥ αναζητάμε 4 στελέχη με

ικανότητες και διάθεση να ενταχθούν σε μία πολύ οργανωμένη και

εξελισσόμενη εταιρία.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες :

 Επίβλεψη ποιότητας των εργασιών


•Καταγραφή του ημερολογίου εργοταξίου

 Συντονισμός υπεργολάβων και εσωτερικών συνεργείων

 Σχεδιασμός και τήρηση χρονοδιαγράμματος εργασιών

 Επικοινωνία με τα συμβαλλόμενα μέρη του έργου

 Παροχή όλης της απαιτούμενης υποστήριξης στους τελικούς πελάτες

 Ανάλυση δεδομένων της προμήθειας

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

 Πτυχίο αντίστοιχης ειδικότητας (Πολιτικών Μηχανικών, Δομικών έργων)

 Τουλάχιστον 3ετη προϋπηρεσία σε τεχνική ή κατασκευαστική εταιρεία

 Γνώση κατασκευής οικοδομικών έργων

 Επιθυμητή γνώση AUTOCAD και άριστη γνώση MS Office.

 Εμπειρία σε επιμετρήσεις, κοστολόγηση και project management θα

αξιολογηθεί θετικά.

 Οργανωτική ικανότητα, συνέπεια, υπευθυνότητα

 Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής & Ελληνικής γλώσσας

Παροχές:

 Μισθός από 2.000€ έως 4.000€ ΝΕΤ (βάση εμπειρίας)

Important notice

Αυτό που πρέπει να γνωρίζετε για την Κυπριακή αγορά είναι:

 Στην Κύπρο γίνονται τεράστια έργα. Στη Λεμεσό και στην Λάρνακα

γίνεται τεράστια ανάπτυξη.

 Οι μισθοί είναι σαφώς πιο αναβαθμισμένοι από Ελλάδα.

 Η εταιρία μας προστατεύει κάθε υποψήφιο και φροντίζει σε κάθε του

βήμα να γίνει σωστά το deal και το συμβόλαιο του.

 Οι πελάτες μας είναι μεγάλες εταιρίες καθώς ηγούμαστε στην

Κυπριακή αγορά,

 Και οι Κυπριακές εταιρίες πελάτες μας πρέπει να νοιώθουν

εμπιστοσύνη ότι ένας υποψήφιος από Ελλάδα θα είναι τυπικός στο

συμβόλαιο που θα υπογράψει.

 Αν έχετε σκοπό να εξετάσετε τη θέση (αν και εφόσον οι συνθήκες για

εσάς είναι σοβαρές) για εργασία πρέπει να μείνετε min 2- 3 χρόνια

βάση συμβολαίου.

 Οι συνθήκες διαβίωσης και το επίπεδο είναι εξαιρετικά υψηλό.
