The role

We're hiring an 
in-house Senior Project Manager (Engineer)

to own end-to-end delivery across multiple residential projects. You'll coordinate all stakeholders (GCs, subcontractors, architects, engineers, consultants, suppliers), drive budgets and schedules, and keep quality, safety, and compliance tight. You negotiate hard, plan ahead, and resolve issues before they become problems.

What you'll do

  • Lead day-to-day project management across multiple residential sites in Athens.
  • Build and control detailed CAPEX/OPEX budgets; track cash flow, variations, and forecasts.
  • Plan schedules (baseline & updates), run progress meetings, and issue weekly/monthly reports.
  • Coordinate architects, structural/MEP engineers, QS, site teams, and client reps to clear designs, RFIs, and approvals.
  • Run procurement: tender scopes, evaluate bids, negotiate with main suppliers, subcontractors, and GCs to secure best technical & financial terms.
  • Enforce quality, HSE, and Greek regulatory/permitting requirements; manage inspections and handovers.
  • Drive value engineering and risk management; escalate early with data and options.
  • Maintain rigorous documentation: contracts, change orders, submittals, as-built, O&M.

What you bring

  • 7+ years
     proven experience delivering 
    residential construction
     in Greece (renovations and/or ground-up).
  • Degree in 
    Civil
     or 
    Architectural Engineering
    ; 
    TEE registration
     preferred.
  • Native-level 
    Greek
     and fluent 
    English
     (spoken and written).
  • Strong commercial acumen: tendering, contract administration, and negotiation.
  • Scheduling & PM tools (MS Project or Primavera), AutoCAD, and advanced Excel.
  • Hands-on, site-driven approach with disciplined reporting and follow-through.
  • Valid work authorization in Greece and ability to travel across Athens sites.

  • ≥5% savings vs. initial tender values through procurement/value engineering, without quality compromise.
  • Zero regulatory surprises; clean handovers and satisfied buyers/tenants.
