For one of the leading construction firms, working on major building projects we are on the lookout for a
Site Civil Engineer
to join their onsite delivery teams. This is a hands-on role focused on coordinating and supervising civil works across large-scale developments while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification.

What you'll do

  • Lead and supervise civil construction activities on site, making sure work aligns with design documents, schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate daily operations with structural, MEP and finishing teams to keep works progressing smoothly.
  • Track site progress and produce clear technical reports and regular status updates for project stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with subcontractors, material suppliers and consultants to resolve technical and logistical issues.

Candidate profile / Requirements

  • Degree in
    Civil Engineering
    (or equivalent from a technical institute).
  • 3–5 years
    minimum experience working on construction sites, preferably supervising medium-to-large civil works.
  • Proven capability to organise and direct on-site teams and subcontractors.
  • Practical knowledge of design/drafting tools (e.g.,
    AutoCAD
    ) and confident with MS Office.
  • Strong leadership, analytical problem-solving and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken
    Greek and English
