THEMELIOSI Constructions, a leading Special Foundation firm,

is looking for a
Civil Engineer

to coordinate and supervise Geotechnical Construction Sites. Your role is to implement the given design, organize the construction teams, coordinate with Client and follow contract's obligations.

Responsibilities

●    

Supervise the timely and according to the Specifications execution of Works.

●    

Receive instruction from the Construction Manager in reference to the Works.

●    

Ensure all information on drawings is conveyed to works properly.

●    

Liaise with the Client representive;

●    

Supervise Safety and Quality procedures are properly implemented.

●    

Assign daily work to the teams.

●    

Coordinate and supervise the proper operation of all teams on sites.

●    

Backoffice works, i.e. preparation of b.o.q.'s, as built drawing, etc.

●    

Supervise the proper use of all equipment and tools.

Requirements and skills

●    University degree in Civil Engineering – Specialization in Geotechnical be considered a plus.

●    Good knowledge of AutoCad.

●    Knowledge Project Management software (Microsoft PM, Primavera, etc).

●    Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, in particular).

●    Time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.

●    Attention to detail and problem solving skills.

●    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Greek and English.

●    Previous experience in construction industry will be considered a plus.
