Junior Architect/Civil Engineer

We're looking for a Junior Architect/Civil Engineer to join our engineering team in Athens, Greece:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and ensure the overall progress of all company projects.
  • Help with compiling required paperwork and documents for projects and visiting public services.
  • Help in the design process of buildings.
  • Assist in reviewing project proposals and specs.
  • Preparation of project budgets and cost estimates
  • Solicitation, evaluation, and comparison of suppliers' and subcontractors' quotations
  • Implementation and maintenance of document control procedures
  • Execution of site-related tasks and coordination as required
  • Help to coordinate details of projects.
  • Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data.
  • Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.
  • Monitor progress and compile reports on project status.
  • Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering.
  • Great command of AUTOCAD – 3DS MAX, ARCHICAD, SKETCHUP.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks following a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic, positive work ethic, and the ability to work well within a team of professionals.
