Key Account Manager
The Role:
As a Key Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with the company's strategic clients with the aim of maintaining satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing strategic partnerships with existing customers, with the aim of boosting sales and satisfaction
- Managing orders, commercial agreements, and credit notes, in collaboration with the relevant departments
- Monitoring KPIs, sales, and inventory
- Monthly entry of order forecasts for production and raw material planning, using analysis tools (e.g., Cognos)
- Preparation and analysis of weekly scorecards to compare customer performance with market trends
- Ongoing communication with customers regarding the progress of shipments, orders, and low stock products (PSI)
Required qualifications:
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand customer's business needs
- Organizational skills and results-oriented
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Very good knowledge of English
