We are looking for a
Senior Key Account Manager
to join our core commercial team and take an active role in
managing international partnerships
,
monitoring pricing strategies
, and
supporting the growth of our franchise network abroad
.

About the Role
- Main contact for
global and regional partners
including OTAs, brokers, and franchise operators. - Manage ongoing relationships, ensuring
pricing and positioning remain competitive
. - Collaborate directly with management to develop
strategic initiatives across all markets
. - Work independently but closely with a
small, dedicated team
that values initiative, accountability, and smart decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for key international partners such as OTAs, brokers, and franchisees.
- Oversee and adjust rate strategies, ensuring competitive positioning across all active markets.
- Support franchise partners in implementing local pricing and sales strategies in alignment with brand standards.
- Analyze market data, competitor trends, and booking performance to identify revenue opportunities.
- Maintain excellent communication and collaboration with partners abroad to strengthen long-term relationships.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reviews and reports for internal management and partners.
- Assist in onboarding new franchise partners or markets, ensuring smooth integration into the company's ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or Tourism Management (Master's degree is a plus).
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in account management, pricing, or commercial roles — ideally within the car rental, travel, or mobility sector.
- Strong understanding of B2B distribution (especially OTAs, brokers, and aggregators).
- Excellent command of English (additional European languages are highly valued).
- Analytical mindset with experience in rate monitoring, revenue strategy, or market analysis.
- Hands-on, proactive approach and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills across cultures and time zones.
