Your Role

You will be responsible for expanding the platform's footprint across existing and new markets. From identifying high-value prospects to closing deals and managing strategic accounts, you will be at the forefront of bringing Isalos Analytics Platform to a growing global audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow adoption of the Isalos Analytics Platform.
  • Identify, engage, and convert high-value prospects across industries such as research, pharma, manufacturing, and public-sector organizations.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction and growth.
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to deliver tailored demos, proposals, and training sessions.
  • Represent NovaMechanics and the Isalos Analytics Platform at conferences, trade shows, and online events.
  • Collect and share market feedback to shape future platform developments.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or business development in software, analytics, or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, machine learning, or scientific software markets (a plus if familiar with zero-code/low-code analytics tools).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
