Key Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts, driving sales, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional support to our clients. A strong background in sales, negotiation skills, and proficient IT knowledge are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively address issues to ensure client satisfaction.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Support and Training:
- Provide clients with technical support and guidance on our products and services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide informed support to clients.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure client needs are met.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless client experience.
Market Analysis and Feedback:
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.
- Use market insights to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales and key account management.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient IT knowledge with the ability to understand and explain technical concepts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the IT industry or related field.
- Experience working with CRM software.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration or related field.
