Business Development Specialist
to join its Commercial Team in Athens.

The ideal candidate will support the development and maintenance of strategic client relationships, contribute to the implementation of the company's commercial strategy, and ensure a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Contribute to the execution and monitoring of the company's commercial strategy
  • Support all activities of the commercial department and collaborate with the Operations team to address client needs
  • Track and analyze commercial goals, prepare reports, and present progress
  • Forecast and monitor key commercial metrics (e.g. quarterly sales, annual projections)
  • Handle client requests and escalations, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Continuously develop a deep understanding of client needs and strategies, offering insights and added value to strengthen partnerships

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in a commercial role (ideally in logistics, courier, or transportation sectors)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with attention to deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Team-oriented, with strong professional responsibility
  • Completed military obligations (for male candidates)
