Position: Business Excellence Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to organization for Lean activities: Projects – KAIZEN - A3 – CSL, assisting in the Definition, Measurement & Analysis stages of the DMAIC cycle.
  • Coaching and supporting organization to implement key Business Excellence methodologies and management routines. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Provide training to employees on business excellence principles and methodologies according to Ayvens training policy.
  • Act as an ambassador of the Lean culture and support the successful communication of the Lean activities.
  • Support MBO (Management by Objective), analyze KPI and assist teams to build relevant action plans for KPI's improvement.
  • Identify and analyze existing business processes to understand their efficiency, effectiveness, and areas for improvement. Evaluate the potential for automation in order to streamline and optimize workflows. Define process requirements and/or process re-engineering opportunities and translate them to ICT requirements if necessary.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor the performance of various business processes. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify improvement opportunities in the daily business and allocate improvement tasks to teams together with the business owners.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Strong analytical skills & Structured thinker.
  • Creative problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Project & change management skills.
  • Readiness to learn and develop.
  • Good command of Greek and English language (written & verbal).
  • MS-Office incl. PowerBI.
  • Business process modelling and analysis tools (example ARIS, Visio).
  • Lean six sigma knowledge (Green Belt will be preferable).
  • Work experience in process management or business process transformation would be consider as a plus.
