Job Description:

About the Role

As the Business Excellence Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing the operational effectiveness strategy, leveraging global frameworks and local insights to deliver best-in-class performance. You will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, driving digital and omnichannel transformation, embedding a culture of continuous improvement, and enabling excellence in field and marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of business excellence strategies and tools.
  • Drive digital and omnichannel transformation initiatives.
  • Translate data into actionable insights to improve commercial and medical execution.
  • Support forecasting, analytics, and strategic planning.
  • Lead launch readiness and excellence initiatives.
  • Champion operational effectiveness through training, CRM optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Act as a change agent and business partner across cross-functional teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Master Degree in a related field (or MBA) would be an advantage
  • Proven experience in commercial excellence or operational effectiveness within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Field and/or marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and a track record of translating data into strategic actions.
  • Experience in digital tools, omnichannel engagement, and CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership and influence without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; Greek is an advantage.
