H εταιρεία Kostis Jewellery SA με πάνω από 30 χρόνια παρουσίας στο χώρο του κοσμήματος αναζητά υπεύθυνο λιανικής με σκοπό να αναλάβει τη λειτουργία και την επέκταση του δικτύου των καταστημάτων της.

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Διαχείριση καθημερινών λειτουργιών των καταστημάτων, και οργάνωση προγράμματος και αρμοδιοτήτων προσωπικού.
  • Αναζήτηση και εκπαίδευση προσωπικού με σκοπό την μέγιστη απόδοση τους και την πλήρη εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών.
  • · Επικοινωνία στοχοποίησης του κάθε καταστήματος και συνεχή παρακίνησης της ομάδας προς τους στόχους.
  • Οργάνωση και εκτέλεση νέων ανοιγμάτων και διαχείριση των υλοποιήσεων για την εύρυθμη λειτουργία τους.
  • Διαχείριση budget του κάθε καταστήματος με σκοπό την μείωση των εξόδων και επίτευξη της μέγιστης απόδοσης (διατύπωση σε PNL)
  • Mercandiase Management- Διαχείριση των εμπορευμάτων και σωστό allocation για το κάθε κατάστημα.
  • Μηνιαία Reporting Sale-Out/Sale through μαζί με τους buyer της εταιρίας.
  • Τουλάχιστον 5ετη προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση και μεγάλη προϋπηρεσία στην λιανική (κατά προτίμηση σε fashion).
  • Ηγετικές και οργανωτικές ικανότητες.
  • Πάθος για την μόδα και την διαχείριση καταστημάτων.
  • Εξαιρετικές γνώσεις Αγγλικών (περεταίρω γνώση γλωσσών θα ληφθεί πολύ θετικά).
  • Εξαιρετική γνώση Office (κατά βάση χρήση Microsoft Office Excel για την δημιουργία αναλύσεων).
